France’s AMF warns public against dealing with 16 unauthorized crypto entities
France’s Financial Markets Authority (AMF) today issued a warning to the public about the activities of several unauthorized crypto-asset entities.
Since the beginning of 2026, the AMF has added 38 names to its list of unauthorized websites to offer crypto-assets or digital asset services in France.
Here is the list of the new websites recently identified in the crypto-asset category:

- darsvint.fr

- investproai.fr
- ligne-stable.com/trade-gpt4
- lyveroscentrix.com
- mon-vaul.com
- opti-nova.net
- ouinex.com
- pioneersxs.com
- tiercefortange.com
- vision-lonox-hex.net
- webtrader.aptos-ai.net
The list of all the websites not authorised to offer crypto-assets or services on crypto-assets is available on the AMF website (under: Warnings → Blacklists) and on the website of Assurance Banque Épargne Infoservice – ABEIS (under: Prévention arnaques → Listes noires des autorités).
Please note that this list is updated regularly but does not claim to be exhaustive, as new unauthorized actors appear regularly.
In order to ensure that an entity offering crypto-asset services is authorised to operate in France, the white list of crypto-asset service providers (CASP) is available on the AMF website.
