eToro adds three cryptoassets to offering
As part of its ongoing commitment to offer all its users a broad variety of cryptoassets, online broker eToro announces that it is launching a number of new tokens. The new additions include: Immutable X (IMX), Livepeer (LPT), and Cartesi (CTSI).
- Immutable X (IMX)
Immutable X is a Layer 2 scaling solution for NFTs on Ethereum. It uses zk-Rollups to make transactions faster and cheaper. IMX is the Ethereum token that powers Immutable X, and is used for staking, voting on governance decisions, and paying transaction fees.
- Livepeer (LPT)
Livepeer is a decentralized video streaming network built on Ethereum. It allows network participants to rent out their idle computing resources for video processing in exchange for fees. LPT tokens are used for staking and paying broadcast fees.
- Cartesi (CTSI)
Cartesi is a blockchain scaling platform that enables developers to build decentralized applications using Linux. It uses optimistic rollups to perform computation off-chain. CTSI tokens are used for staking and paying data processing fees.
The launch of IMX, LPT & CTSI brings the total number of cryptoassets available on eToro to 67.
Traders now have access to these new assets alongside BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, XRP, DASH, ETC, ADA, XLM, EOS, NEO, TRON, ZEC, BNB, XTZ, LINK, UNI, COMP, AAVE, YFI, MANA, ALGO, MATIC, BAT, MKR, ENJ, FIL, DOT, SOL, ATOM, GRT, CRV, 1INCH, SUSHI, $CHZ, QNT, AXS, CELO, SAND, DOGE, FLR, SHIBxM, FET, SNX, BNT, ZRX, DYDX, REN, HBAR, AVAX, STORJ, BAL, GALA, LRC, APE, THETA, FTM, ENS, CRO, UMA, API3, KNC and MIOTA.
