Taurex Prime revenues jump nearly 3x in 2025 to £5.6M on institutional liquidity growth
Zenfinex Technologies Ltd, parent company of FCA licensed Taurex Ltd which operates the Taurex Prime institutional liquidity and technology solutions brand, has reported its financial results for 2025 indicating a very strong year of growth.
Revenues at Zenfinex / Taurex Prime rose by 188%, from £1.95 million in 2024 to £5.62 million in 2025. The company turned a 2024 loss of £1.7 million into a modest net profit of £149K in 2025.
In 2025, the Group operated as an agency broker with the primary revenue drivers being as follows:
- Spread mark-up
- Commissions
- Swap markup premiums
- Risk management gains/(losses)
- Liquidity and white label solutions for institutional clients – including brokers that offer MT4 and MT5 trading platforms, as well as those trading via FIX
In previous years, management made significant investments in both group team and infrastructure. The positive impact of these investments have started to become evident through the financial performance in 2025.
Turnover increase (of nearly 3x as noted above) was primarily driven by growth in institutional liquidity and increased trading volumes from institutional client onboarding, while the operating cost base has only increased by 55%, reflecting the fixed nature of the prior period’s infrastructure and headcount investment, and demonstrating the group’s ability to effectively manage costs while driving substantial revenue growth. As a result, the Group’s net profit for the financial year is £149k, compared to a net loss of £1.71m in the prior year. The Director considers this improvement to be structural rather than one-off.

The Taurex retail brokerage brand, Taurex Prime, and Zenfinex are controlled by UAE based entrepreneur Oscar Hilt Tatum IV. Taurex and Taurex Prime are run day-to-day by London based Global CEO Matthew Wright.
