Lord Stanley Fink named Chairman of Britannia Global Markets
FCA regulated financial services firm Britannia Global Markets, specialising in derivatives broking including foreign exchange, energy, agriculture, base metals and financial products, has announced that Lord Stanley Fink has been appointed Chairman.
Lord Fink is renowned in the City and financial services industry having served as the CEO of Man Group between 2000 and 2007. During his tenure at Man Group Lord Fink established it as one of the world’s leading and well-respected hedge fund businesses, which in the mid-2000s was the largest listed hedge fund company in the world, being a prominent constituent of the FTSE 100.
Since his time at Man Group, Lord Fink has held multiple executive leadership roles, including being CEO and then Chairman of International Standard Asset Management. Most recently he sat on the board of the financial broking house Marex. Lord Fink also currently sits on the UK board of online broker etoro.
On top of his business career, Lord Fink is an active investor and has been acquiring interests in multiple sectors, but primarily PropTech, FinTech and EdTech ventures.
