SBI Holdings, Inc. today announced that its consolidated subsidiary, FOLIO Holdings Co., Ltd. has applied for a new listing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

SBI said it believes that the listing of FOLIO Holdings’ shares will accelerate its business expansion in the financial sector, thereby further strengthening SBI Group synergies.
