Exclusive: Exinity hires Zenus Bank exec John Woods as CSO
FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Retail FX and CFDs broker Exinity has hired London based executive John Woods, as the company’s new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). In his new role at Exinity, John will be spearheading the development and execution of Exinity group strategy, driving enterprise value and fostering sustainable growth across the organisation.
John Woods spent the past four years working as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Zenus Bank, a Puerto Rico based digital bank which helps people and businesses to open a US bank account online without the need to be a US citizen, resident, or US-registered company. Zenus Bank was founded by CFDs industry alum Mushegh Tovmasyan, a co-founder of Equiti Group and former Alpari Group senior executive – Alpari is of course owned by Exinity founder Andrey Dashin.
Prior to his time at Zenus Bank, John Wood was Global Head of Digital at CMC Markets, and served as Global Head of eCommerce at Alpari.
The Exinity Group was launched in 2020, as an umbrella group comprising the various retail FX/CFD businesses owned by Andrey Dashin, including offshore brokerage brands FXTM and Alpari, and more recently the Nemo investing app and the Pulse gaming platform.
