Voyager Digital Ltd announces that Chief Financial Officer Ashwin Prithipaul is resigning to pursue other opportunities. Mr. Prithipaul will depart from the Company after a transition period, and Chief Executive Officer Stephen Ehrlich will assume Mr. Prithipaul’s duties in the interim.

“On behalf of the Board of Directors and the executive leadership team, I want to extend our sincerest gratitude to Ashwin for his many valuable contributions, especially for his efforts during Voyager’s restructuring process,” said Mr. Ehrlich.

Ash has over 20 years of finance, accounting and treasury experience. Prior to joining Voyager, he was the CFO of DriveDigital, a digital asset focused subsidiary of DriveWealth (a global fintech infrastructure company). Previously, he was the CFO of Galaxy Digital, a financial services and investment management firm in the digital asset space. Before joining Galaxy Digital, he was the Director of Financial Reporting at Assured Guaranty.

Ash Prithipaul started his career in public accounting and was a senior manager at PwC.
