FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Kate Rutkovskaya, who has been COO of MT4/MT5 broker tech and solutions provider Your Bourse for the past three years, has resigned her position with the company.

Kate Rutkovskaya joined Your Bourse in 2019 from online travel services company ActivityFan. She had also worked as VP Business Development at Admiral Markets Group from 2014-2016, and at market maker exp(capital) from 2012-2104.

Your Bourse is a London-based company founded by former Alpari Group co-founder Andrey Vedikhin. Your Bourse provides a Platform-as-a-Service solution for FX, CFD and crypto liquidity management, data analytics, reporting and risk management solutions to the retail brokerage and institutional marketplace.

Ms. Rutkovskaya posted the following note regarding her departure on social media:

After almost 3 years, I stepped down as COO of Your Bourse with my heart full of gratitude and wishes for the best of success for my beloved YB team that had become a second family to me. I believe we’ve built an amazing product and I am proud to have been a part of this success.

Special thanks to the community of clients and partners who supported us through the journey in this red ocean. Having started just before the pandemic, faced with the challenges of building completely remote operations while hiring internationally and approaching clients in a highly competitive environment, Your Bourse has established a strong position on the market and will continue making it to the top led by the unstoppable Elina Pedersen and the tech genius of Andrey Vedikhin.
