Dutch financial regulator AFM received and assessed 2,732 signals about possible wrongdoing in H2 2020.
AFM finds that trading restrictions imposed during the “GameStop frenzy” period early this year are not illegal.
The AFM considers that retail investors are currently not adequately protected against the risks of turbos.
