OANDA Securities, the Japanese subsidiary of online broker OANDA Corporation, announced today that it has restored the normal rates distribution for HK50.

A problem with the price distribution of HK50 emerged on February 16, 10:49 am (local time). Abnormal values were distributed. The problem was reported as solved earlier today.

The broker apologizes for any inconvenience caused.

The Hang Sheng is an index of the 50 largest companies listed on the Hong Kong stock market. This index the performance of the Chinese most successful companies, including Alibaba, Bank of China, PetroChina, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation. The HK50 index follows up changes in their share prices.
