Monex Group, Inc. (TYO:8698) announced today that it acquired additional shares of 3iQ Digital Holdings Inc, through its wholly-owned subsidiary on September 3, 2025.

Since becoming a subsidiary of Monex in April 2024, 3iQ has successfully responded to the crypto asset management needs of institutional investors and global exchanges through distinctive product offerings. These include listing the first staking Solana ETF in North America and XRP ETF on the Toronto Stock Exchange in April and June 2025, respectively.

Assets under management of 3iQ increased by 39%, from CAD 1,085 million at the end of June 2024 to CAD 1,510 million at the end of June 2025.

Monex aims to strengthen its asset management business, and through 3iQ, it anticipates to achieve higher revenue growth by responding to the crypto asset management needs of institutional investors around the world, which are expected to grow in the future.
