Japanese Forex, CFD and stock broker Rakuten Securities Inc has announced the pending termination of its “Basic Advice” service.

“Basic, Advice” a chat-based solution service currently being trialed as part of the Rakuten Securities with Advisor Service, will be discontinued at 5:00 PM on Friday, August 22, 2025.

The service will no longer be available after that date.

The brokerage expressed its gratitude to the many customers who used the service and provided it with valuable feedback during the trial period. Rakuten Securities says it will use the feedback to improve the overall quality of the Advisor service and provide a service that satisfies its customers.

Online consultations with advisors will continue to be available.
