IG Securities, the Japanese subsidiary of electronic trading major IG Group, plans to extend 24-hour trading to 110 US stock CFDs.

Starting Monday, September 8, 2025, the brokerage will begin offering 24-hour, five-day-a-week trading for 110 US equity CFDs. Trading will be available 24 hours a day, from 9:00 AM Monday to 6:00 AM Saturday (US Daylight Saving Time).

This will enable early response to earnings announcements, position management after the close of regular trading, and response to critical market-moving moments.

Stop-loss and limit orders placed before the extended trading hours will be executed if the transaction price is reached during trading hours after the 24-hour, five-day-a-week trading begins.

Please be aware that if your account’s effective margin balance falls below 100% of your maintenance margin amount as of 11:00 AM each business day (periodical stop loss applies only to corporate and FX accounts), or if it falls below 75% of your maintenance margin amount, your positions will be liquidated.
