iFOREX shares get admitted to trading on LSE Main Market
iFOREX announced today that its entire issued ordinary share capital, consisting of 22,186,679 Ordinary Shares, has today been admitted to the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc’s main market for listed securities under the ticker “IFRX”.
Following the admission, the share capital of the company will consist of 22,186,679 Ordinary Shares, each with one vote per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total voting rights figure of 22,186,679 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
