iFOREX issues and allots 296,800 new ordinary shares
iFOREX Financial Trading Holdings Ltd (LON:IFRX) announced today that it has issued and allotted 296,800 new ordinary shares of no par value pursuant to the Company’s 2024 share incentive plan to the employee stock ownership trust established by the Group, with IBI Trust Management acting as trustee (“ESOP s 102 Trust”).
These new Ordinary Shares have been issued to the ESOP s 102 Trust for the benefit of certain Directors, employees, and contractors of the Group, including certain person discharging managerial responsibilities (“PDMRs”).
The below sets out the beneficial interests of the PDMRs following the issue and allotment of the new Ordinary Shares to the ESOP s 102 Trust:

Application will be made for the 296,800 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. It is anticipated that the admission will occur on or around 20 March 2026.
Following Admission, the share capital of the Company will consist of 22,483,479 Ordinary Shares, each with one vote per share.
As FNG’s readers might recall, on February 25, 2026, iFOREX shares were admitted to the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc’s main market for listed securities under the ticker “IFRX”.
