FOREX.com Japan warns customers of server issues

FOREX.com Japan, a subsidiary of StoneX Group, has warned its clients of problems with its server.

A notice published by the retail FX and CFD brokerage states that there is a problem with the system/server.

As a result, certain services may not be used normally:

New account application
Uploading identity verification documents

The broker says that its professional team is investigating the cause and working on recovery.

In addition, FOREX.com Japan is currently receiving a lot of inquiries, and the response by phone and chat is delayed.
