FOREX.com Japan to revise certain docs due to trade name change

Retail Forex and CFD broker FOREX.com Japan has informed its clients of an upcoming revision of certain documents due to its trade name change.

As of September 16, 2022, the broker will revise the pre-contract delivery document in accordance with the change of its trade name from StoneX Financial Co., Ltd. to StoneX Securities Co., Ltd. There will be no change in the brand name FOREX.com.

Let’s recall that StoneX acquired GAIN Capital, including its retail FX brands City Index and FOREX.com in the summer of 2020.

In March 2021, “Gain Capital Japan Co., Ltd.” changed its name to “StoneX Financial Co., Ltd.” Now, apparently, another name change is coming.
