FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that True AI, the AI-based trading startup headed by NAGA founder and former CEO Ben Bilski, has gone live. Following a soft launch in December 2025, the True AI website (at truefinance.ai) is now accepting new customers.

About True AI

As we discussed in an interview with Ben Bilski last summer, True AI (originally named True Trading) combines autonomous investing, realtime pricing and top level research in one app. True AI is described as an AI-native crypto finance layer that turns natural language into autonomous trading, analysis, and portfolio management. Think ChatGPT meets a hedge fund – available to everyone, not just institutions.

Effectively, True AI is a technology platform that provides AI-generated trading signals and autonomous execution tools for crypto perpetual futures (crypto perps) and digital assets. True AI is not a registered or licensed broker (or any other form of regulated financial institution) in any jurisdiction, and does not hold client funds.

Series A financing

In addition to the go-live website, True AI is also launching an (ambitious) Series A financing round. According to company posts, True AI has opened a planned $30 million Series A funding round, which it is pricing at a $250 million pre-money valuation for True AI.

Regarding the (somewhat lofty) valuation ambitions of the financing round, Ben Bilski had previously posted on X.com back in November which is still pinned to the top of his profile:

I am more than convinced that TRUE AI will be worth multiple billion dollars within the next 18-24 months. Gonna pin and leave here for my future self to have a nice reflective conversation.

In a separate LinkedIn post regarding the planned financing, Ben wrote regarding the valuation:

We think TRUE can become a multi billion $$ company.

A DEX platform like Hyperliquid sits at a $35B valuation – without AI.

This means huge upside potential entering TRUE before we launch trading and marketing🚀
