Experienced FX and CFDs industry executive Tim Plummer has announced that he is becoming CEO of a new business being launched by fintech investor Deus X Capital, called Deus X Markets (at website deusxmarkets.com).

Deus X Markets is being set up as a Brokerage-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions company. It plans to partner with brokers to provide core front, middle and back-office administrative functions, that keep the business on track and let their clients focus on growth and returns. The company’s website describes a complete solution for launching and managing a brokerage, integrating technology, liquidity, branding, and operational support seamlessly.

Tim Plummer, based in London, was previously Head of Product Strategy at Capital.com. He has also worked at IG Group, ending his eight year tenure at IG in 2022 as Head of Platform Innovation. Tim also previously worked at Vantage, Marex, and Sucden Financial.

Tim Grant, CEO of Deus X Capital, has been appointed Chairman of Deus X Markets and brings a wealth of institutional trading experience from across the Deus X Capital group, including liquidity provider Alpha Lab 40 and TradeLocker. Deus X Markets will also benefit from partnering with businesses from across the Deus X Capital Group, including payments business Deus X Pay and digital assets lender Cor Prime.
