Albert Soleiman acquires shares in CMC Markets under incentive plan
CMC Markets Plc (LON:CMCX), a global provider of online trading and platform technology, today reported transactions in its shares by Albert Soleiman, its CFO.
On October 5, 2023, Mr Soleiman acquired 296 shares at a price of 101.5p per share. The shares were acquired under the CMC Markets plc UK Share Incentive Plan.
Albert Soleiman was appointed as CFO and Executive Director of CMC Markets on September 1, 2023.
Albert Soleiman first joined CMC in 2005 having qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and became Group Head of Tax in 2008. In 2019 he joined Bitfury UK Limited as Global Tax Director before rejoining CMC in 2020 to lead the launch of the CMC Invest business.
