Sweden FI warns against FX strategy firm Fortuna Private Investments
Swedish financial regulator Finansinspektionen (FI), or the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, has said that it has come to its attention that persons claiming to represent Fortuna Private Investments are offering financial services.
Fortuna Private Investments claims they have an office in Sweden but FI has not been able to determine that Fortuna Private Investments is a going concern. Fortuna Private Investments is neither authorised by FI to conduct securities business or other financial services, nor under FI’s supervision. FI has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EEA countries.
FI warns investors and others about doing business with firms that are not authorised to offer financial services. The list of companies authorised to offer financial services can be found at www.fi.se under Company Register.
