CySEC withdraws license of OBR Investments

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has withdrawn the Cyprus investment firm (CIF) license of OBR Investments Ltd.

The decision, announced today, was made at a CySEC meeting held on 9 February 2026. The withdrawal is in line with section 8(1)(a) of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017 and section 4(7) of the Directive DI87-05.

The regulator notes the company’s decision to expressly renounce its authorization.
