CySEC reaches €120k settlement with ZORIVO
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced today that it has reached a settlement with ZORIVO LIMITED.
The settlement concerns the possible violation of the Investment Services and Activities and Regulated Markets Law of 2017, as amended (“the L.87(I)/2017”).
More specifically, the investigation for which the settlement was reached involved assessing the Company’s compliance, during the period February 2024 – July 2025, with article 5(1) of the Law, regarding the requirements of authorisation.
The settlement reached with the company, for the possible violation, is for the amount of €70,000. The company has paid the amount of €70,000.
Furthermore, a settlement has been reached with the company for a possible violation of articles 34(7) and 32(3) of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission Law, as amended (“the L.73(I)/2009”), regarding the Company’s obligation to ensure timely, complete and accurate compliance with the CySEC’s request to conduct on-site investigation on 31.7.2025, and the Company’s obligation to provide complete and accurate information to a request for collection of information addressed to the Company, by CySEC, on 2.9.2025.
The settlement reached with the company, for the possible violation, is for the amount of €50,000. The company has paid the amount of €50,000.
The regulator notes that all amounts payable from settlement agreements are considered revenue (income) of the Treasury of the Republic and do not constitute income of CySEC.
