Multi-asset investment specialist Saxo Bank has warned white label partners that SaxoTraderPRO will not be supported on old Windows versions.

Windows operating systems 8.1 and older will not support the upcoming update of SaxoTraderPRO scheduled for November 2023.

This means that users with these Windows versions will not be able to use SaxoTraderPRO. However, the web-based platform SaxoTraderGO can be used as an alternative.

Users who do not update to the new version of SaxoTraderPRO will continuously receive notifications upon login about the old version. Please note that during Q2 2024 these older versions of SaxoTraderPRO will be discontinued and it will not be possible to login without updating to the newer version.

Your account manager will contact you in the coming weeks if Saxo identifies end-clients who use SaxoTraderPRO on a non-supported operating system.
