Broker CRM solutions provider Markets CRM has announced a new technology partnership with Sumsub, an industry-leading identity verification and compliance platform.

Sumsub handles the full verification lifecycle: document checks, liveness detection, sanctions screening, and ongoing AML monitoring. Connected to Markets CRM, this process becomes part of the standard client onboarding workflow — triggered automatically, tracked within the client profile, and visible to the compliance and back-office teams in the same interface they use for everything else.

For brokers, the practical effect is straightforward: onboarding becomes faster, manual handoffs between systems are removed, and compliance status is part of the client record from the moment a lead converts. Teams no longer need to cross-reference a separate verification dashboard to confirm a client’s status before processing deposits or approving account activation.

The integration will be available to all Markets CRM clients in the upcoming release.
