Interactive Brokers enhances search feature in IBKR Desktop to support currency futures and futures options
Electronic trading major Interactive Brokers has released version 1.3 of the IBKR Desktop platform.
The novelties include enhancements to the search functionality. The search feature now supports currency futures and futures options lookups.
The Account Balances section now displays only the segments that apply to your specific account and trading activity. The broker has removed the securities and commodities sections to help you quickly find your account balance information.
Also, the IBKR Desktop platform now supports Option Spreads in IBKR Desktop Charts. To do so:
Navigate to Quote and select the Spread from the left-hand side.
Please note, the Charts tab will need to be selected in order to view the Spread charts.
