Cboe Silexx introduces new order entry tool Book Trader
Cboe has announced further enhancements to Cboe Silexx, a multi-asset order execution management system (OEMS) that caters to the professional marketplace.
Version 23.3 of the platform introduces a new order entry tool, Book Trader. Also known throughout the industry as the ladder, this unique way of entering and managing orders is now available.
An Order Greeks Panel has been added to the Multi Order Ticket. This panel will dynamically display all greeks for your single or complex order, including theoretical price, notional value, and dollar delta. Enable this feature by clicking on the settings button within the ticket and look for ‘Show Order Greeks’.
The Order Manager now allows for adjusting to a time zone that differs from your PC time. Each Order Manager can be set independently, and all time-related fields within the Order Manager will update to your new setting.
Cboe Silexx gets regular updates. Version 23.2 of the platform introduced bulk-update support for Basket Trader which allows for quick modifications to lists that have been uploaded, helping reduce clicks.
There are also three new Portfolio grouping abilities, including grouping by expiration to easily identify holdings with upcoming expiries.
The 23.2 release of Cboe Silexx also offers a new Global Client ID Manager, allowing for new client IDs to be rolled out seamlessly across the desk.
