Calleague partners with Coldi on broker communications stack
Calleague, which provides a conversion-first communication platform built for sales teams and customer-facing organizations, has announced that it has entered a strategic partnership with Coldi, an AI voice technology company specializing in call automation.
The idea behind this partnership is simple: combine Calleague’s communication infrastructure for brokers and sales teams with Coldi’s AI voice capabilities, and give clients a faster, smarter, more scalable way to run their conversations.
Coldi was founded last year by former Panda Trading Systems commercial operations head Or Gold, alongside ex Tradenet / Colmex executive Ilia Ronin, as was exclusively reported at the time here at FNG.
Two layers, one communication stack
Calleague gives brokers and sales operations a single control layer over their communication environment – visibility, routing, agent workflows, and the operational oversight that holds it all together.
Coldi adds an AI voice layer on top of that: human-sounding agents that can take on parts of inbound and outbound calling, from qualification and follow-ups to routine support.
On their own, each solves a real problem. Together, the parties said that they cover something bigger – the gap between managing communication well and actually scaling it.
