Payment technology provider Worldpay has announced the launch of Worldpay MCP (Model Context Protocol), a publicly available set of server specifications and tools, designed to accelerate AI-powered payment integration and open the door for agentic commerce innovation.

Worldpay MCP is available today on Worldpay’s Developer Hub and Github. Developers and merchants can download, modify, and deploy the protocol immediately, enabling the rapid creation of AI agents and direct payment integrations with Worldpay’s API.
