Alpha Group International announces cancellation of LSE listing
Alpha Group International plc has confirmed that the listing of Alpha Shares on the equity shares (commercial companies) category of the Official List and the main market of the London Stock Exchange was cancelled with effect from 8.00 a.m. today.
On 23 July 2025, the boards of Alpha and Corpay jointly announced that they had reached agreement on the terms of the acquisition, pursuant to which Corpay would acquire the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Alpha, to be effected by means of a Court approved scheme of arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006.
Under the terms of the acquisition, each Alpha Shareholder will be entitled to receive 4,250 pence in cash for each Alpha share.
The Acquisition Price values the entire issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of Alpha at approximately £1,805 million.
In mid-October, the companies announced the receipt of the necessary regulatory approvals.
On October 31, 2025, Alpha confirmed the Scheme for its acquisition by Corpay, Inc. became effective.
