TraditionData hires LSEG/Saxo alum Shynna Lee to head APAC Sales and Partnerships
TraditionData, the market data and analytics arm of interdealer broker Compagnie Financière Tradition, has announced the appointment of Shynna Lee as the company’s new Head of Sales and Partnerships, APAC. The company said that this appointment reinforces its commitment to accelerating regional growth, enhancing local customer support, and strengthening its position as the leading provider of IDB market data.
Shynna Lee brings over a decade of experience at leading financial institutions, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and leading high-performing commercial teams across Asia-Pacific. Shynna’s extensive expertise in OTC markets, derivatives, and market data provides her with a deep understanding of client workflows across banks, buy-side institutions, and intermediaries.
Prior to joining TraditionData, Shynna held a leadership role at the London Stock Exchange Group, where she led broker data strategy and client engagement across APAC, delivering sustained revenue growth and expanding market adoption. She previously held key roles at Saxo Bank, Intercontinental Exchange, and Royal Bank of Scotland, developing strong capabilities across institutional relationship management, trading, and prime brokerage operations.
In her new role, Shynna will be responsible for leading TraditionData’s sales strategy across the Asia-Pacific region, expanding strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of broker-sourced data solutions to support price discovery and transparency in OTC markets.
