TradingView GM Pierce Crosby steps down to launch M7
TradingView General Manager Pierce Crosby has announced that he has left the popular financial charting and data company he has called home for the past six years, to launch a new venture called Merchant Seven (M7).
M7 is a strategy consulting firm, dedicated to accelerating outcomes for early-stage technology companies.
Pierce Crosby had served as General Manager – Enterprise & North America for TradingView since 2019, and played a key role in helping make the TradingView platform quote popular among the Retail FX and CFD brokerage community. Prior to his time at TradingView, Pierce spent five year at StockTwits in various roles including VP Revenue StrategyVP, and Head Of Business Development.
Coming along with Pierce to M7 are former TradingView US Growth Director Milana Ruchkina, who will serve as Chief of Staff at M7, and Stefan Cheplick, who was TradingView’s Head of Global Community, also responsible for the company’s education product.
Pierce posted the following note today on social media about the move.
Exciting News: Launching Merchant Seven (M7) 🥂🍾
After a decade of building and scaling companies in fintech and trading technology, I’m excited to more formally announce the launch of Merchant Seven (M7)—a firm dedicated to accelerating outcomes for early-stage technology companies.
M7 provides a fractional, high-impact team and operational systems to help businesses move faster without the burden of full-time exec hires.
Why now? TradingView is in good hands, and the early-stage ecosystem is evolving rapidly. The right expertise at the right time is the perfect catalyst.
We’re launching with five clients already on board and expanding our team this spring to take on more. If you’re building something ambitious and looking for support, drop us a note.
Accelerate outcomes. #MerchantSeven 🚀
