Interdealer broker TP ICAP PLC (LON:TCAP) has announced that on November 11, 2020 it received a notification relating to a purchase of Ordinary shares of £0.25 each in the company by Angela Crawford-Ingle.

Ms Crawford-Ingle, who is an Independent Non-executive Director of TP ICAP, has bought 9,716 shares in the company at a price of £2.047 per share. The transaction was carried out on November 10, 2020.

Angela Crawford-Ingle was appointed to the Board of TP ICAP on March 16, 2020. She is a member of the Audit, Risk, and Nominations and Governance Committees.

She has substantial experience in Executive and Non-executive Director roles. She contributes scrutiny and oversight to the Board from her extensive experience of audit of multi-national and listed companies.

Angela Crawford-Ingle was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers where she spent 30 years as a chartered accountant specialising in financial services and led the Insurance and Investment Management Division.

The list of her external appointments includes: Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee at River and Mercantile Group plc; Non-executive Director of Openwork Holdings Limited and Chair of the Audit Committee at Openwork Limited; Non-executive Director and member of the Franchise Board and Chair of the Audit Committee of Lloyd’s of London.
