Tim Rudman leaves Argentex Board
Argentex Group PLC (LON:AGFX) has announced that Tim Rudman, Interim Chief Executive Officer, resigned and left the board on Monday 21 July 2025.
Tim Rudman’s experience includes 12 years at WorldFirst, where he scaled operational and technology teams to serve tens of thousands of clients, culminating in the successful sale of the business to Ant Financial. Thereafter, he held pivotal roles at Global Reach Group and Verto.
Originally from Port Elizabeth, South Africa, Tim Rudman embarked on his professional journey in the UK back in 2007.
The Board of Argentex reconfirmed that it has resolved to appoint administrators to the company and certain other subsidiaries in the group.
Tim Rudman formally joined the board of Argentex on 5 May 2025.
Jim Ormonde stepped down as Argentex’s CEO on April 25, 2025.
