Tim Grant appointed Chairman of trading platform co TradeLocker
Trading platform provider TradeLocker has announced the appointment of Tim Grant as Chairman.
Tim Grant is CEO of fintech investment firm Deus X Capital, which already owns TradeLocker, so it seems as if today’s announcement indicates that Tim is planning to put more of his time into TradeLocker.

The company indicated that as Chairman, Tim Grant will work with TradeLocker’s CEO Dom Bradley, the leadership team and shareholders, with a focus on strategic partnerships, capital raising, international expansion and long-term strategy, including opportunities created by AI.
“Since 2023, I have watched TradeLocker’s product mature, its client base grow, and its team earn its place against platforms that have been in the market far longer,” said Tim Grant, Chairman of TradeLocker. “The company is now positioned to compete at scale with the largest players, and it sits where risk, infrastructure, and trading meet, which is where I have spent my career. This is the right time to join forces with Dom and his highly capable team to assess the strategic options and drive a significant growth story.”
“The trading industry has grown enormously, and the expectations placed on it have grown even faster. Traders are better informed and more demanding than they were a decade ago, and brokers are competing harder than ever to earn their loyalty. AI will accelerate that shift. In my experience, these are the moments when market structure changes and new leaders emerge. The firms that win the next decade will be the ones that give their traders a reason to stay. TradeLocker is positioned to be the platform those firms build on, and my role is to help the company seize that opportunity at scale.”
