This transaction was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted by the Reporting Person in July 2021. About a month ago, Mr Warnick sold 20,000 shares in Robinhood under this plan.
Following the latest transaction, Mr Warnick owns 408,893 shares in Robinhood.
Prior to joining Robinhood, Mr Warnick held a variety of finance, accounting, strategy, and compliance leadership positions during his 20-year career at Amazon, where he was most recently Vice President of Finance and Chief of Staff for Amazon’s Chief Financial Officer.
