Plus500 adds Fidelity alum Anne Grim to its board
CFD brokerage group Plus500 (LON:PLUS) has announced that Anne Grim has been appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive director with immediate effect, following shareholder approval of her appointment at the Plus500 AGM yesterday.
Anne Grim has 30 years’ experience in the financial services sector, holding senior roles at American Express, Barclays and Wells Fargo, among others. Anne was most recently Chief Customer Officer at Fidelity International. She is also currently a Non-Executive director of Metro Bank plc, Openwork Ltd and Insight Investment.
Commenting on the appointment, Penny Judd, Chairman of Plus500 stated:

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, Ms. Grim is currently a Non-Executive director of Metro Bank plc. There are no other matters in respect of Ms. Grim requiring disclosure under Listing Rule 9.6.13.
