Kirill Chernikov, CEO of broker CRM solutions provider Markets CRM, has announced that he is returning to his former employer Spotware Systems, as Chief of Staff to Spotware CEO Ilia Iarovitcyn.

Kirill Chernikov previously spent three and a half years at Spotware, developer of the popular cTrader multi-asset trading platform, from 2021-2024. He began at Spotware as a Senior Product Manager where he led the analytics / BI department, and then served in a role similar to his new one, as Chief of Staff to the CEO, soon after Ilia Iarovitcyn became CEO of the company.

Kirill posted the following note on LinkedIn regarding his return to Spotware.

Almost a year in, and what a ride it’s been — and now I have some news to share.

I’m moving on from my role as CEO at Markets CRM — and I couldn’t be more proud of what we’ve built together. A strong, talented team. Core product features and services that genuinely move the needle for brokers. And the foundation of a real ecosystem around the platform, with some deep and strategic partnerships. This wasn’t just a good start — this was a proper foundation for something big. I have zero doubt that the team will take it to the next level and beyond. To the founders and the entire Markets CRM team — thank you. For the trust, for the energy, for showing up every day and building something meaningful together. You know how much I value and respect each and every one of you.

As for my next chapter: I’m back where a big part of my fintech story was written. I’m returning to Spotware Systems and the cTrader ecosystem, resuming where my last chapter there concluded — as Chief of Staff to the CEO.
