Global provider of information-based analytics and decision tools for professional and business customers RELX PLC (LON:REL) has just published the results of its Annual General Meeting (AGM) held earlier today.

June Felix was re-elected as RELX director. A vast majority of the votes (98.56%) were cast in favor of the resolution for her re-election.

In October 2020, June Felix was appointed as a non-executive director of RELX. She has more than 30 years’ experience in senior executive management positions in the US and UK and is a valuable addition to the RELX Board.

Ms Felix is currently Chief Executive Officer of online trading major IG Group Holdings PLC (LON:IGG), of which she was a Non-Executive Director (2015-2018) before being appointed as CEO. Her prior roles include President, Europe at Verifone UK; Managing Director, Global Healthcare at Citibank; Global General Manager, Banking & Financial Markets at IBM; and Chairman & Chief Executive Officer at CertCo.
