Invast hires Tiffany Besnard to head Hedge Fund Sales APAC
Australia based institutional multi-asset broker Invast Global has announced the appointment of Tiffany Besnard as Director, Head of Hedge Fund Sales (APAC) effective immediately.
The company said that Tiffany will lead many strategic projects, working alongside its Prime Services team in a period of growth across APAC for Invast Global. Tiffany joins Invast from BTC Markets as Head of Institutional Business Development, OTC Trading and Client Service where she spent a year overseeing the trading team and helping to shape strategy for client base expansion.
Prior to her role at BTC, Tiffany held a number of senior roles in Tier 1 investment banks based in New York and San Francisco, including twelve years at Morgan Stanley and six years as Vice President at Goldman Sachs. During her tenure at Goldman Sachs, Besnard was responsible for complex global quant all-synthetic fund launches and managed product revenue growth for the US West Coast region.
Tiffany’s extensive experience in Prime Services, with an emphasis on Global Hedge Funds, uniquely positions her to continue to make the impact the Invast Global team, led by Andrew Bradshaw, has made in this area over the last six months.
Tiffany comments,
“I’m thrilled to be joining Invast Global at such an exciting time. I’m very much looking forward to working with the team to advance growth and strategic direction. I’m also looking forward to meeting new and existing clients in APAC very soon.”
Gavin White, CEO, Invast Global adds,
“With her deep experience spanning two Wall Street investment banks, Tiffany has been at the forefront of the Prime brokerage industry over the past two decades. Invast Global are thrilled to have attracted such top talent and we look forward to seizing on many new opportunities with this powerhouse team we have built. We anticipate Tiffany will play a major role in our continued growth in this area this year and beyond.”
