Admirals CIO/CTO Andrey Koks steps down
After shuffling various Board and Management roles late last year, Estonia based Retail FX and CFDs broker Admirals Group AS has announced that Andrey Koks has been recalled from his position as a member of the Management Board of the company, effective as of 1 February 2026.
Andrey has apparently also stepped down from his day-to-day roles as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Admirals. The company did say however that Andrey will continue his cooperation with the Admirals Group, focusing on “other projects”.
Andrey Koks joined Admiral Markets AS in April 2020, when he started working as CIO, and was added to the company’s Management Board in 2021. Since 2023 he has also served as Admirals’ CTO. From 2003 to 2008, Andrey worked as a network administrator at Elcoteq Tallinn AS, and from 2008 to 2012 as a backline support engineer and SQA engineer at Symantec Corporation. From 2012 to 2020, Andrey Koks was the lead EMEA infrastructure engineer at Kühne + Nagel and EMEA Infrastructure services engineer.
The company said that the change in the composition of the Management Board does not affect its day-to-day operations and strategic direction. As of 1 February 2026, the Management Board of Admirals Group AS continues in the following composition: Alexander Tsikhilov, Eduard Kelvet, and Liudmila Bataeva.
Admirals, which is scheduled to release its second half and full year 2025 results in the coming weeks, saw its Revenues fall to a multi-year low in the first half of 2025.
