FlowBank promotes COO, CMO to expand Executive Committee
Geneva based online bank and brokerage firm FlowBank has announced that it is welcoming three new members to its Executive Committee.
Adrien Cohen has joined the management as Chief Operating Officer. He has been with FlowBank since the very beginning and most recently was Head of Trading. He has been in the trading industry for more than a decade working alongside FlowBank founder Charles-Henri Sabet since 2016 at LCG, and also held various Trader and Dealer positions at ETX Capital and IG Markets.
Caroline Puder-Lévy has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer. She joined FlowBank in September 2020 as Head of Communications and was swiftly promoted to Head of Marketing. She brings with her more than 16 years of experience in marketing, most of which she gained in the watchmaking industry where she held various senior roles.
Sergio Peña is FlowBank’s new Global Head of Sales and Customer Services. He has 20 years of experience servicing private, high-net-worth, and institutional clients. Prior to joining FlowBank, he was Head of Private Sales at Synthesis Bank and Head of Institutional Sales at Saxo Bank.

In addition to Adrien Cohen, Caroline Puder-Lévy, and Sergio Peña, FlowBank’s Executive Committee is made up of another three seasoned executives: Charles-Henri Sabet, who founded the online bank, acts as Chief Executive Officer, Sergio Verdial is Chief Compliance and Risk Officer, and Esty Dwek joined FlowBank as Chief Investment Officer in 2021.
