FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Diana Ilchuk has stepped down from her role as Head of Marketing at MT4 / MT5 broker technology solutions provider Your Bourse, and left the company.

Diana Ilchuk had joined Your Bourse in mid 2023, as was also exclusively reported at the time here at FNG, and ran the marketing function at the company since then. Based in Tallinn, Estonia, Diana had come to Your Bourse from outside “the industry”, having worked for the previous three years as the CMO of Estonia based website development and digital marketing firm Zgraya Digital.

Your Bourse recently added another Tallinn based executive, Fred Pedersen, who rejoined Your Bourse as Chief Growth Officer, overlapping somewhat with Diana’s function. However we understand that the company is actively recruiting a new Head of Marketing, preferring a Cyprus based person for the role.

Your Bourse is managed mainly from London and Cyprus, and is owned by the former co-founder and owner of Alpari Group, Andrey Vedikhin. The company provides a Platform-as-a-Service solution for FX, CFD and crypto liquidity management, data analytics, reporting and risk management solutions to the retail brokerage and institutional marketplace. Brokers also get access to liquidity from leading liquidity providers, hosting services in Equinix data centres and lightning-fast execution through MT4/MT5 bridges.
