FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Andrey Kalashnikov, the longtime CEO of Cyprus based Retail FX and CFDs broker TrioMarkets, has resigned his position with the company.

Andrey Kalashnikov has served as CEO of TrioMarkets since 2015, the year the group received a CySEC CIF license for its Cyprus subsidiary EDR Financial Ltd. He had previously worked at now defunct broker SkyFX.

TrioMarkets is a Limassol, Cyprus based broker which operates a CySEC licensed business at website triomarkets.eu via corporate entity EDR Financial Ltd, alongside an offshore, Mauritius domiciled operation called Benor Capital Ltd at triomarkets.com. We had also exclusively reported earlier this year that TrioMarkets expanded to the UAE, hiring FXPrimus / TIOMarkets alum Natasha Kassar as CEO MENA. TrioMarkets was founded by French-Israeli entrepreneur Raphael Ghrenassia.

Andrey Kalashnikov posted the following note today on social media regarding his departure form TrioMarkets.

It’s been a wonderful 8 years but that chapter in my life has concluded I have officially concluded my journey at TrioMarkets. The experiences and knowledge gained during my time there have been invaluable, and I am grateful for the opportunities to learn and grow with such an incredible team.

As one chapter closes, another begins. I am excited to embark on a new adventure in my career, where I’ll continue to bring my passion, dedication, and expertise to new challenges and endeavors.
