FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Dubai based Retail FX and CFDs broker DB Investing has promoted Syed Tanvir Ahmmed to the position of Group General Manager – Global Business, Strategy & Operations.

Syed Tanvir Ahmmed joined DB Investing earlier this year, as Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO). Prior to DB Investing, Syed was Regional Head of Business Development for ISC, SEA, and Oman at online broker OneRoyal. He has also previously served as Sales Director at ZaraFX (now known as Zarvista), and as Business Development Manager at GMI.

DB Investing is a global multi-asset broker established in 2018. It is regulated by the Capital Markets Authority (CMA) in the UAE, the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Seychelles, FINTRAC in Canada, and the Financial Services Commission (FSC) in Mauritius. DB Investing is led by Dubai based Founder and CEO Gennaro Lanza.

I am honored to share that I have been promoted from Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) to Group General Manager, Global Business and Operations at DB Investing.

This milestone represents a significant step in my professional journey. What began as a responsibility to drive business development has now evolved into a broader leadership role overseeing global business functions, operations, strategic execution, and organizational growth across international markets.

I am sincerely grateful to our Founder and CEO Gennaro Lanza,the leadership team, colleagues, partners, and clients for their trust and confidence. Their support, guidance, and collaboration have played a vital role in this achievement.
