FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that Retail FX and CFDs broker STARTRADER has made another in a recent string of strategic hires, adding Samin Aref Zaher as Head of Trading for its newly launched STARprime institutional brokerage arm.

Samin Aref Zaher joins STARprime from SGX CurrencyNode, where he was Liquidity Manager. Prior to his time at SGX CurrencyNode, Samin was with London based CFDs broker Valutrades for six years, joining initially in Operations before being named Valutrade’s Head of Dealing.

Samin said of his new role at STARprime,

“I am excited to be part of a movement that is driven by data-led pricing and execution, coupled with strong relationships as our core culture. Our ultimate goal is to maximise value for our clients and stakeholders, culminating to a positive contribution to our industry.”

Other recent hires by the STARTRADER group include Vinícius Danze as LATAM Manager, Chief Commercial Officer Moe Padhani, Head of Operations Allan Maira, and the aforementioned Jay Mawji, former CEO of INFINOX, as CEO of STARprime.
