Exclusive: Skilling BizDev Manager Flavio Maciel moves to offshore CFDs broker 4XC

FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that offshore Retail FX and CFDs broker 4XC has hired Flavio Maciel as the company’s Business Development Manager, based in London.

Flavio Maciel joins 4XC from CySEC licensed broker Skilling, where he served as Business Development Manager for the past four years.

4XC rebranded from 4XCube in 2020. 4XC was was founded in 2018 and is run by CEO Joao Monteiro, formerly with Royal Financial Trading, Valutrades, and FxPro. The company is domiciled offshore in the Cook Islands, but is run mainly from Cyprus.

Prior to starting FNG, Gerald founded Forex industry B2B news website LeapRate.com in 2010, selling it in 2018 to publicly traded Catena Media plc (STO:CTM). An avid skier, cyclist and ice hockey player, Gerald was previously an investment banker for more than a decade at Bear Stearns, Robertson Stephens, and Merrill Lynch. Gerald holds an MBA from Columbia University in New York and a BCOM degree from the University of Toronto.
