FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that FCA regulated Retail FX and CFDs broker London Capital Group (or as commonly referred to, LCG) has brought in a new management team to run the company, led by new CEO Dave Worsfold.

Dave Worsfold resigned his position as COO of ADSS back in April, as was also exclusively reported at the time by FNG. He had spent just one year at ADSS, following a ten year career at CMC Markets (LON:CMCX) as Head of Operations.

Joining Mr. Worsfold in the C-Suite at LCG is Matt Basi, who will carry the title of Managing Director and effective #2 to Mr. Worsfold. Matt Basi worked for a number of years with Dave Worsfold at CMC Markets, serving as Head of Commercial – Europe & Middle East for CMC between 2012-2020. He had also previously worked at IG Group for five years.

LCG has also hired Stuart Dorward as Head of Sales and Trading. Stuart Dorward was Head of Desk at Intertrader Limited from 2018-2021, and was on the trading desk at IG Group from 2006-2014.

LCG is controlled by Swiss neobank Flowbank SA, which is run by former LCG CEO Charles-Henri Sabet.
