FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that a number of senior management changes at Retail FX and CFDs broker INFINOX are continuing, after the company was acquired last year and installed a new CEO earlier this year.

Departing INFINOX are longtime Dubai based executives Muhammad (Moe) Padhani, INFINOX’s Head of Sales & Commercial, and Allan Maira, the broker’s Head of Operations. Moe Padhani had been with INFINOX since 2015, initially serving as Head of Client Services. In 2024 he was promoted to the position of Head of Sales & Commercial.

Allan Maira joined INFINOX in 2016 as a Client Service Representative, before being named Operations Manager in 2020 and then Head of Operations in 2024.

Both Moe and Allan helped INFINOX set up a new, South Africa licensed online trading brand called Vida Markets in 2023.

As noted above, INFINOX was acquired last year by an investor group led by former StoneX executive Marc Joppeck. Earlier this year Jay Mawji stepped down as CEO of INFINOX, replaced by Lee Holmes.

Moe Padhani posted the following note today on social media regarding his departure from INFINOX.

10 Years at INFINOX – What a journey it’s been!

Today, I officially close a major chapter in my career as I resign from INFINOX after a truly transformative decade. From starting in a junior role back in 2015 to gaining hands-on experience across nearly every area of the business by 2025, from building Operational Hubs, Sales Globally, setting up a Sub Brand (with Allan Maira, ACSI), it’s been nothing short of incredible.

I’ve had the privilege of working alongside some truly knowledgeable and inspiring individuals who’ve played a huge part in my growth across:
