Exclusive: Former CFI Dubai / CMS Financial CEO Nidal Abdel Hadi joins INGOT Brokers
FNG Exclusive… FNG has learned that experienced FX and CFDs senior executive Nidal Abdel Hadi has joined INGOT Brokers. His role at INGOT is formally as a Strategy Consultant.
Nidal Abdel Hadi, who is based in Dubai, spent six years at leading MENA based broker CFI (2018-2024), initially serving as Deputy CEO under CFI co-founders Hisham Mansour and Eduardo Fakhoury, and later as CEO of Credit Financier Invest DIFC Limited, the group’s licensed Dubai subsidiary. In 2025 Nidal joined Arabic market focused CFDs broker CMS Financial as CEO, and was with CMS until earlier this year.
Nidal has also previously worked at ADSS, Swissquote, and Swissquote predecessor company MIG Bank, dating back to 2003.
FNG spoke with Nidal, and he explained to us his decision to join INGOT.
After twenty-five years in this industry, I can say the pace of change right now is unlike anything I’ve seen. AI and data are reshaping how investors are served, and the firms that build toward that now are the ones that will matter in a decade.
I’ve joined INGOT as a Strategy Consultant for the Group precisely because of that mindset. It has the infrastructure, the regulatory reach, and the will to put AI at the centre of how investors are served, not as a feature but as the foundation.
We have some very exciting projects in build, and I’m here to help drive that. We’ll be sharing more details soon.

INGOT is a CFDs brokerage group run mainly from Jordan, with several licensed subsidiaries worldwide operating the INGOT brand including in Cyprus, Australia, Kenya, the UAE, and Seychelles. INGOT is headed by Amman based Chairwoman Iman Mutlaq and CEO Ali Shibib.
